4:30 PM:  Dinner Guests Arrive - Social and Silent Auction. Cash Bar Opens

5:15 PM:  Dinner Service Begins

5:45 PM:  Reception Guests Arrive - Social and Silent Auction

6 PM:  Lobby/Box Office Open to the Public

6:30 PM:  House Opens/public access to Silent Auction

7 PM:  Performance begins/Live Auction at Intermission
